We’re the founders of Marlowe. We’re also both architects, creative thinkers, relationship builders - and we’re a big fan of yours.
Together we have over a decade of experience in the industry that has seen us skilfully deliver early learning, heritage, commercial and residential projects right across the eastern coast of Australia.
We’re two sides of the same coin – and thrive on bringing our diverse individual skills and experience to each project. We test the possibilities and deliver you a holistic outcome that nails the brief and is filled with joy, integrity, and innovation.

Good design is a celebration of the way you live, work and play. It’s authentic in its purpose, gives a sense of place, and is further shaped by each of those experiences that brought you to where you are now.
So for the Parents that come to us, it could be creating a space for them to enjoy a quiet morning coffee together before getting the kids up and ready to go for the day.
For the Business Owner, it could be allowing for flexibility throughout the layout of their business, to cater to a growing number of staff & allow adaptability of their space for years to come.
For the Early Learning Centres, it might be the extra layer of consideration in the sequence of spaces from the perspective of staff and children alike, to create environments that are warm, welcoming and that spark curiosity in the young minds that enter their doors each day.

Known for her energetic drive, collaborative nature and knack for being able to get anyone talking, Alex has been immersed in the world of architecture for over a decade. She believes that embracing authenticity and celebrating the unique ways we all live, work and play is the key to creating exceptional experiences.
Hailing from a family of Builders, Developers, Artists and Carpenters, Alex has been surrounded by the Design & Construction Industry for as long as she can remember. While she now calls Southeast QLD home, Alex was born and raised in Regional NSW, instilling in her a great appreciation for strong connections with local community.
Alex brings these foundations, along with her considerable prior experience working across the early education, commercial, heritage and residential sectors, with her as a Founder & Director of Marlowe Architecture.
Kelsey Warlow

A true fan of collaboration, connection and coffee, Kelsey has enjoyed rich experience in the architecture industry for over ten years now. Known for her eye for detail, passion for teamwork, and her creative yet pragmatic approach, Kelsey loves seeing a project all the way through from concept to completion.
Kelsey has had extensive prior experience working across the commercial, early education, heritage, community, and residential sectors. She takes great joy in creating beautiful and functional spaces that enhance the happiness, wellbeing, and comfort of others. Her passion for design and curiosity for the way things come together started from a young age and was further fostered having grown up with parents in the Interior Design and Surveying industries.
Kelsey brings all of this experience and more with her as a Founder & Director of Marlowe Architecture.
